click here for larger imageThis photo is of Broadway in the early 1970's, as you can see from the photo it is still not a pedestrian precinct, also in the back ground is the old ABC cinema and Lotus, and you can also see a Singer van dropping a delivery too. All these buildings on Broadway no longer exist today.
wow!! those were the days, remember this street scene so well, in particular the Lotus shoe shop
