Norfolk Gardens Hotel Bradford

This photo is of the Norfolk Gardens Hotel in Bradford city centre, taken in the 1970's. The hotel was completed in 1972 and was opened in June of that year. The Hotel was designed by William Walters and Partners. The Norfolk Gardens Hotel as 130 rooms five bar's and four resturants, also the hotel as facilities for functions for upto 700 people. The hotel is now known as the Hilton.

  1. Perhaps the shape of things to come...bland, characterless buildings with none of the elaborate Victorian style.
